About the Authors
Brian Froud is an award-winning illustrator and author. His books include the bestseller Faeries, with Alan Lee, Pressed Faery Book, and Strange Stains and Mysterious Smells, the latter two with Monty Python’s Terry Jones. He also served as the conceptual designer on two of Jim Henson’s films, The Dark Crystal and The Labyrinth. He resides in Devon, England, with his wife and son.
Terri Windling is an award-winning writer, folklorist, and the premier editor of fantasy fiction in America. She has published more than twenty books (including The Wood Wife, inspired by the art of Brian Froud). She lives in Devon, England and Tucson, Arizona.
