Also known as African Wishing Beans or St. Joseph Beans. Most commonly used for making wishes come true.
Make an odd number of wishes, and for each wish, carry the same amount of beans with you for 7 days. After this time period, throw the beans in crossroads or running water (outside– lakes, rivers, etc) and call out your wishes. Walk away and don’t look back. After another week, your wishes will come true.
In Sicilian tradition, mojo beans can be placed on home altars for St. Joseph’s Feast, and then distributed to friends and family for good luck. You can carry beans with you to attract abundance, wealth, and prosperity. You can also carry beans with you for confidence during job interviews.
