☀️ What Is Sunstone?

Sunstone is a warm, glowing crystal known for its vibrant energy and connection to the solar plexus chakra. It’s associated with:

Confidence & self-worth
Personal power & leadership
Optimism & joy
Abundance & success

Its sparkling, sun-like appearance reminds us to stand tall, speak up, and shine brightly—even when life feels cloudy.

🔮 Why Use Sunstone in Rituals?

Sunstone is perfect for summer rituals because it aligns with the strong, active energy of the sun. It’s especially helpful if you’re:

Starting a new job or creative project
Working on self-esteem or public speaking
Attracting prosperity or success
Breaking free from fear or hesitation

Even a simple moment of intention with Sunstone can help powerfully shift your energy.

🌞 Easy Sunstone Rituals to Try

You don’t need anything fancy to connect with this stone. Here are a few easy Sunstone rituals you can do at home, or with items from our shop in North Olmsted or online:

1. Morning Confidence Boost

Place a Sunstone in your pocket or wear it as jewelry before heading out for the day. As you get ready, hold the stone and say:

“I am strong, capable, and ready to shine today.”

Let that energy stay with you throughout the day.

2. Sun-Charging Ritual

On a sunny day, place your Sunstone outside or on a windowsill. As it soaks in the light, write down an intention or goal you want to achieve.

Fold the paper and place it under the Sunstone for 3 days. Let the stone “charge” your intention with confidence and drive.

3. Abundance Candle Ritual

Light an orange or gold candle
Place a Sunstone nearby
Write down one thing you want to attract (money, opportunities, clarity)
Focus on that desire while the candle burns for a few minutes

As the candle glows, imagine your goal already happening. Keep the Sunstone with you afterward as a reminder.
